I brought you guys details of the handsome and dynamic youngest Local Government boss in Lagos earlier in the day. Now here is Mr Mark Okoye, the newest and youngest Commissioner in Anambra Sate, who is arguably the youngest State Commissioner in the entire country.
30yrs old Mark Okoye was confirmed as Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget Development by the Anambra State House of Assembly on Wednesday.
A source said the governor gave him the position as a way of giving youths a chance to prove themselves.
